The MOMS Club® began in 1983 when Mary James, a stay at home mother in California, decided she was tired of being alone at home. She wanted to meet other mothers and wanted to find play groups for her children. When she discovered there were no organizations that met during the day and allowed her to come with her baby and preschooler, she decided to start a brand new organization just for stay at home mothers and MOMS Club® was born. Now there are over 2100 chapters worldwide.

We are excited that you are considering joining The MOMS Club® of Clackamas/Happy Valley, Oregon. We have a great chapter serving the Clackamas/Happy Valley area with a variety of activities for all kinds of moms, stay at home, work at home, part time, and full time working moms. We offer regular meetings (speakers, crafts, etc.), field trips (zoo, pumpkin patch, etc.), mom's night out (movie nights, dinner, etc.), playgroups, and get togethers. We also participate in a variety of service projects throughout the year. Check out the article written in the June 2015 edition of the Happy Valley Monthly paper about the MOMS Club® of Clackamas/Happy Valley .

We have an amazing, diverse group of women with the same priority of doing a great job raising their children and establishing friendships with others. We are on the journey of motherhood and are here to support one another.
